Safe Routes to School Planner
Kim has been with ECWRPC and the Regional Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program since 2022. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education from UW Oshkosh. Her primary role for the Regional Safe Routes to School program to implement walking and bicycling curriculum and Youth Engagement programs as well as the creating and promoting educational campaigns.

Jennie has been with ECWRPC and the Regional Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program since 2022. With a background in education and injury prevention, she brings more than 20 years of experience working with youth and families. In her role, Jennie focuses on developing sustainable SRTS programs and fostering strong, lasting partnerships with schools across the region.
Safe Routes to School Planner
Kate has been with ECWRPC and the Regional Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program since 2025. She received her B.S. in Community Health with minors in Obesity and Health and Family Studies from Indiana University – Bloomington. In her role with the regional SRTS program, she focuses on developing and implementing action plans, expanding the program’s social media presence, and supporting overall program efforts.
